Das Ziel dieser Initiative ist es, eine Diskussion über kritische urbane Praktiken anzuregen: Wer gehört dazu? Welche Machtstrukturen sind vorhanden? Welche Kommunikations- und Entscheidungskulturen sind vorherrschend?  Welche Projekte, Räume, Städte entwerfen und bauen “wir” entsprechend? Wie beeinflussen sie die Art und Weise, wie “unsere” Stadt produziert und repräsentiert wird?

Während wir beim #1 versucht haben, ein weites Feld an Themen zu öffnen, wie Ökonomie, Körperlichkeit, Vordergrund und Hinterzimmer der aktivistischen Arbeit, Fürsorge-Tätigkeiten und nicht zuletzt Pathologisierung von Verhalten und Zusammenarbeitsstruktruren, sind wir bei der zweiten Auflage über das Tempelhofer Feld spaziert und haben Themen natürlich ihren Lauf gelassen.

Wir starten online mit zwei Inputs von Magdalena Ziomek, Geschäftsführerin der Genossenschaft für Freiberufler – SMartDE eG, und Anna Mareike Holtz vom Kulturbüro ehrliche Arbeit, um eine Diskussion über nachhaltige, gesunde und faire Arbeitsbedingungen anzustoßen (16.00-17.00 Uhr). Wir möchten die Genossenschaften als Arbeitsprinzip und Rechtsform pragmatisch beleuchten, aber auch schauen, wie Zusammenarbeit politisch gesehen organisiert und diskutiert werden kann. Wir wollen dann offline gehen um diese Diskussion körperlich anzuwenden (mit Bärbel Düsing) und um ein Abendessen herum zu vertiefen (18.00 – Open End). Die Küche wird wieder mit der Zusammenküche (Tiziana Calandrino) organisiert. Bea Davies wird sich uns zur Dokumentation dieser Sitzung anschließen.

The aim of this initiative is to stimulate a discussion about critical urban practices: Who belongs to them? What power structures are in place? Which communication and decision-making cultures are prevalent? Which projects, spaces, cities are “we” designing and building accordingly? How do they influence the way “our” city is produced and represented?

While at # 1 we tried to open up a wide field of topics such as economy, physicality, foreground and back rooms of activist work, care activities and, last but not least, pathologization of behavior and cooperation structures, at #2 we strolled around Tempelhofer Feld and let themes come up naturally.

We will start online with two inputs by Magdalena Ziomek, managing director of the cooperative for freelancers – SMartDE eG, and Anna Mareike Holtz from Kulturbüro ehrliche Arbeit, to trigger a discussion on sustainable, healthy and fair working conditions (16.00-17.00). We would like to pragmatically shed light on cooperatives as a working principle and legal form, but also on how to organize and discuss collaborative work on a more political level. We then want to move off-line and embody this discussion with physical action (provided by Bärbel Düsing) and a conversation around these topics at the dinner-table (18.00 – open end). The cooking is once again organised with the Zusammenküche (Tiziana Calandrino). Bea Davies will join us for the documentation of this session.
